What you can expect when you call us:  We will ask you some questions about what you owe right now and we may ask you to obtain a copy of your credit bureau.  Don't worry about this step as we will instruct you on how you can do that when you call.  By pulling your own credit bureau you are not recording a "hit" on your bureau and potentially causing any further damage.  However, we will quickly asses your situation and together we will decide on the best way to move forward.
